Seeking professional, customer service oriented individuals who would like to
utilize their collection, billing and insurance knowledge.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent ability to establish rapport with people from diversified
backgrounds to ascertain payment on their account;
- Working knowledge of medical billing as well as medical terminology, ex:
co-pays, deductible;
- Effective in analyzing data and utilizing problem solving techniques.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Calling insurance companies to verify coverage;
- Expediting payments through insurance carriers;
- Utilizing skip-tracing techniques to locate debtors;
- Maintaining a minimum of 85-100 calls per day;
- Knowledge of FDCPA and HIPAA laws (training provided).
