   Candidates must possess excellent communication (verbal / written) skills and enjoy a fast-paced, professional environment. Aptitude for numbers, financial reporting and client interface are some of the collateral responsibilities. Must be detail oriented, capable of working independently and have a working knowledge of Word / Excel. Prior experience in a law firm is a benefit for either position. CONSUMER - HEALTH CARE DIVISION POSITIONS OPEN:

$2000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Seeking professional, customer service oriented individuals who would like to utilize their collection, billing and insurance knowledge.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent ability to establish rapport with people from diversified backgrounds to ascertain payment on their account;
  • Working knowledge of medical billing as well as medical terminology, ex: co-pays, deductible;
  • Effective in analyzing data and utilizing problem solving techniques.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Calling insurance companies to verify coverage;
  • Expediting payments through insurance carriers;
  • Utilizing skip-tracing techniques to locate debtors;
  • Maintaining a minimum of 85-100 calls per day;
  • Knowledge of FDCPA and HIPAA laws (training provided).
