Grimley Financial Corporation has undertaken a significant initiative to upgrade and enhance the technical and operational processes. Below is a brief description of each upgrade:
- Increased data security. We have added several network filtering devices. These devices increase our ability to monitor for intrusion detection, SPAM, malware and viruses.
- Telephone system. We have installed an upgraded telephone system. Our new Avaya system allows us to monitor and record all inbound and outbound calls that our agents handle.
- Message broadcasting. Automated messaging allows us to more deeply saturate accounts that have low probability of return, thereby increasing results.
- Virtual dialer. We have invested in a cutting edge, industry leading predictive dialing system. Our dialer is Internet based, utilizing VOIP technology. The product is stretch to fit, allowing for us to immediately expand our capabilities in response to client demands / placement volumes. This dialer increases our right party contacts (RPC) dramatically.
- Account segmentation. We have migrated to a specialist environment that puts similar skill set agents in teams. Accounts are routed to teams based on self pay or insurance designation. (skills based routing)
