WALL OF FAME

About Us

Founded in 1986, Grimley Financial Corporation is a full service revenue cycle agency specializing in healthcare, commercial, and education receivables.

Chuck Grimley, our founder and Chief Executive Officer, grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. His parents, Charlie and Fran, owned and operated FMC Plan in Medford, NJ, which for 30 years established itself as a very successful lending company. Chuck's grandparents, Charles and Susan, were also first generation entrepreneurs as they started Charles Finance in South Philadelphia which was also a small loan lending finance company. On Chuck's maternal side, his grandfather John Lafferty operated a 300 acre farm in Cherry Hill, NJ, and developed residential and commercial properties and highways across South Jersey. Currently, many landmarks around Cherry Hill are still named after John Lafferty. Chuck's takeaway from his family's extended legacy of entrepreneurs is the incredible customer service offered without compromise and the manner in which his family members treated their employees, a hallmark of GFC's high morale today.

Historically, collection agencies have often disregarded client-customer goodwill in the collection process. Successful collection results should never compromise professionalism or our client's well-earned reputation...customer service is paramount!

Grimley's mission from the onset was to provide value added third party collection services incorporating the utmost in professionalism, customer service and collection diligence. While our technology is state of the art and leading edge, our investment is unending; our people skills and customer service mantra embraces the tenets of old-fashioned hospitality.

In an industry where client retention rates are often measured in years, not decades, Grimley's superb retention rate results from a relentless commitment to substance dictating structure. It's a simple concept; however, it is one that requires a delicate balance of the right employees, a sought-after corporate culture, and leadership that views change and innovation as allies, not enemies.

GFC also enjoys an employee retention rate that is without comparison in the credit and collection industry. The average length of employment for a GFC employee is twelve years compared to the collection industry average of less than a year. Unparalleled employee retention rates lead to high morale, corporate culture, and award winning net back liquidity results for our clients.

Our commitment to philanthropy is best described under our "Charities" tab. (Charities Page)
